To test a food sample, you will need to know the following information:
- Statistical sample size required by your industry
- Sample holding times required by your industry
To submit a food sample, you should obtain a food sampling kit from our office.
Our food sampling kit contains:
- Any food sampling container/instruments required by your industry (contact us in advance for special items)
- Order form(s)
- Sampling instructions (contact us in advance for special industry instructions, where available)
Environmental Swab Testing
To submit an environmental swab sample to our lab, you’ll first need to obtain a kit from our office.
Our Environmental Swab Kits contain:
- Environmental Swab(s)/Sterile Bags
- Instructions
- Order Form(s)
